The staff here were very helpful and respectful, the rooms were cozy, spotless, and had all the amenities, and the location was pleasant.

Comfortable hotel, warm breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Cozy and spotless rooms with private bathrooms and a microwave and a refrigerator. Comfortable bed, early check-in. Clean pool, parking in the area. Everything nice. Great choice for trip.

Stayed here with my mother and everything was nice. Loved having a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven in the room. The hotel had a perfect location next to Rock Creek Plaza.

We overlooked a few bugs in the room and the extra noisy wall air conditioner, but the room was not cleaned for our final night's stay. The Front Office Supervisor, said her cleaning staff marked the room clean, and we stayed, so she was charging us full price. No discount because "I wasn't nice to her". Hotel did not provide the service but charged us anyway because "we" were upset over their failure to deliver the service they promised. We have always stayed at Best Westerns and have had good results, but we're very disappointed in Best Western for affiliating with this property. From now on we will stay with BW's competitors. Best Western has lost this retired CPA and my wife as customers for all our future travels and hotel needs.

My wife was scheduled for surgery on Wed. 7-20-2016. I made reservations 3 weeks in advance for my wife & myself. When we arrived we found out our room was on the second floor. No elevator. My wife is handicapped & can't climb steps. All other rooms were booked in Round Rock, Tx. A night in the car was not comfortable.

Convenient location close to cool spots in Texas for nice showers every day, good restaurants 🍔, and a nearby city. The staff was super helpful and attentive whenever we had any questions.

Waffles shaped like Texas. Pool is so clean.pillows so fluffy. All the staff is so accomodating.

I spent a really enjoyable time here, recommend to anyone. The property was exceptionally comfortable with very helpful staff. I liked the good food. The location was convenient, really close to the Round Rock outlets, in the secure area. In La Margarita you could have Mexican meals. The daily service was excellent! The swimming pool was clean too.

Nothing everything was great

Here got a Wheelchair Accessible room with old carpet along the baseboards, all the amenities as expected, and this place is in a perfect location just off a fantastic Mexican restaurant.

Cheryl at the front desk was amazing. Texas waffles were great!

There was a used towel in our room from the previous guest. Breakfast could use some biscuits and gravy.
